Forgetting books after reading many books is a standard issue to everyone. It's sad yet but true. Likewise, it's not hard for the reader to recognize the actual crimes that might have inspired "We have to talk about Kevin." Still, if you are finding best ways to die, kill yourself, have suicidal thoughts, have chances to commit suicide or seeking painless ways to kill a human, then you must know that; "there are a few different types of pains which will be felt even if you do succeed." So you can not escape the feeling the death pains, and probably this is the worst pain you will ever have.

Please get professional help suicide is not the answer. You deserve a life and having one without all this pain (emotional pain is the worst and hardest to overcome), and you cannot do this without professional help. This does not make you crazy it makes you smart for seeking the right kind of help. 

I know I have had to and it does indeed help. I would not suggest calling the suicide hot line, they were useless to help at all. You really need to see a professional psychologist, and I hope and pray you will because you deserve a good life.

Use your talent to improve this world as a dreamy heaven turning into reality. Millions of people out there, who are living with more painful life than you. Trust me the people who made your life difficult do not love you at all and putting an end to your life would not affect them in any way. I might just make them happier. Sure you don’t want them to have the last laugh. Do you?

Starting from the offices, schools, colleges and neighborhood to our friend circles and even at home almost every one of us face jealous people and their not-so-music-to-ears remarks in our daily life. Before cursing or coming to any conclusion let us try to understand the psychology of a jealous mind. While it may seem easier to break the jaws of the people who speak bad of you, it will hardly bring any change in them. Instead I have a better solution to your problem.

The root cause

Why is your colleague jealous of your success? Why does it make your own sister jealous when you get appreciated by your mom? Have you ever thought WHY? Have you ever tried to know what actually makes people jealous? If you observe closely you will find a common sign in all the cases of jealousy- A feeling of Insecurity! Yes, it is this ‘insecurity’ that gives birth to jealousy and it is because of this insecurity that even some of our closest friends and relatives feel jealous of us.

When Jealousy becomes an obsession…

A little bit of jealousy is cute in relationships for it shows that the person cares for us. But things take an ugly turn when jealousy becomes chronic. And as we know prevention is better than care, so it makes sense to speak with your partner and settle the issue before this insecurity becomes an obsession. Often in relationships which lack effective communication and transparency partners tend to surmise a lot of things that actually are way different than reality resulting in doubts, jealousy and misunderstandings.

Understand their problem

Jealous people are not villains as many of us feel. On the contrary they are the people who need our care the most. Psychologists believe that jealousy is the outcome of a man’s low self esteem, fear of losing something or someone valuable and as I have already mentioned, insecurity. So if you are fed up of jealous people close to you and really want to help them, first you have to be sympathetic toward them and handle the situation delicately. Shouting, cursing and scolding will further complicate the situation. Understand the fact that nobody becomes jealous by choice. It is just that they are helpless in their own way.

i) Encourage them to open up: Speak with them. Try to understand what actually their problem is!

ii) Control your anger: Remember that your anger may take them further away from you. Maintain your calm while dealing with them.

iii) Be sympathetic: If facing jealousy troubles you so much, just imagine how badly the feeling of insecurity might be troubling the poor jealous soul. So help them get out of it.

iv) Do not show off: Congrats if you are a millionaire but this does not mean you should go on counting your money in front of your friend who has just lost his job.

While it is easier to point out flaws in others it is equally tough to realize our own faults:

i) Your best friend’s promotion party, but you are not happy: Though he is your best friend but when it comes to profession you just can’t digest his success.

ii) You secretly wish your girlfriend’s best friend never existed: she talks with that handsome guy who happens to be her good friend and as usual you cannot digest it either. Phew...
 
iii) You have the class notes but you lied to your friend: All you want is to score more than him.

iv) You do not like your sibling’s best friend: You have this feeling that her 'wicked' best friend is taking her away from you.

Rectify yourself

It is never too late to wake up. If you knowingly or unknowingly feel jealous about something or someone, it is time you shed off this tendency. This is not going to help you achieve what you want. Instead the more negative you think about someone, the more harm you cause to your own psyche. When we fill our mind with negative thoughts it gradually affects our thought process and soon becomes a part of us. A negative energy that originates inside us first harms us before spreading.

Jealousy is a sign of weakness. If you feel somehow you are jealous of someone, check it before it becomes a habit. Read good books, practice meditation, mingle with people, develop yourself and above all believe in the fact that what is meant to be yours will be yours. So stop wasting your time and energy in negative things.

Today I got a question from my dear Mritti (For some confidential reason I can't write down her real name). I love the person die hard. Trust me! But when I got the question "Can you say, Why life is so hard?" It was shocking for me, and for a while I had to forgot that I'm still living but I got a beautiful feelings that someone care about me, specially when I love the one. At the same time she made my day with a big smile on my face.

Dear Mritti, You're not far from here, so I want you call attention to something: Please make a bit more on your question to formulate meaningful, so that everyone realizes what personal advice I or we just choose. You raise the question to get chance of helpful answers to know the world and of-course including me.

Why Is Life So Hard?
Life has always been hard, but the modern world presents special challenges to human contentment. Life is hard because the universe was not designed to accommodate it. The universe is random, inanimate, and has a tendency towards the increase of entropy and disorder. The appearance of pockets of stability in the universe persistent enough  for life to emerge, let alone intelligent life, is a marvel. Lets have some quick and short answer that you may get an Idea why our life is so hard or unfair? Don't forget, Human life seems unfair only from human perspective.

• Because you think so to look that only your life is hard! Always remember - there are at least 1,000 people in the world, where it is much worse and that their fate much worse!  
• Because most people are fighter but they don't have understanding of the weak points of life. Because any stupid man always keep tearing and fight. They forget to think or know that life would be nice if they think so. 
• Life shows you exactly as you do with your conscious and unconscious mental constructs "commandest" that it should show you, using the slogan. Your "desire" is my command! Do you feel that what you have put yourself on the outside, as unjust, you have been in your own heart look and search for the appropriate "unconscious wishes" that are responsible for (the answer) are... 
• Maybe you're in the wrong place with unsuitable people. Strut a resolute change to.

Life is hard. You already knew that, I'm guessing. But life is not impossible. And life is wonderful—ultimately. But, still, it is hard—and evolutionary psychology can help us understand why.

We are all hypocrites.

No one likes to be called a hypocrite. It's an insult—in all contexts. It's like being told, "You stink! You did X but you said Y and we all saw it. Ha-ha—we got you!" But as Kurzban (2011) famously pointed out, we've all got the tendency in us to be hypocritical. It's not like there are the bad people in the world—the hypocrites—and then the good ones, who are never at all hypocritical. That's not at all how things work.
Hypocrisy is a complex phenomenon often characterized by a person experiencing X in one brain system and Y in another brain system. Once you've reached a certain point in life, you've got plenty of things in your brain that are inconsistent with other things in there—that's just how it is!
And this fact makes life hard.

We are all emotional

Emotions have their upsides and their downsides. Some days, wouldn't it be great to just be Mr. Spock? But you're probably not a Vulcan. You've got a human emotion system—like it or not. Since Darwin's (1872) famous treatise on the evolutionary nature of emotions across species (including our own), scholars have been able to conceptualize human emotions as: (a) deeply rooted in our evolved past (with roots that precede the evolution of primates), and (b) as having important adaptive functions. Consider anxiety: I'm guessing that you don't love feeling anxious. But anxiety exists in our species because it is so darn adaptive. Anxiety motivates people to get themselves out of dangerous situations. For example, if you're hiking and you almost slip and almost fall off a cliff, you might feel anxious. And that anxiety will keep you away from the edge of the cliff moving forward. Negative emotions are deeply rooted in our evolutionary past—like it or not.
And, yes, they make life hard.

Why Is Life So Hard and Painful?

Now lets think something positive and change the life & world. Lets Think life is not so hard, its easier than ever you had seen.
 
People that chose to reach an ongoing progressive development towards consciousness, awakening and awareness understand that for them to be able to not only survive, but to actually LIVE, they need to stop resistance, in other words, they need to stop making life hard (er) and become proactive so they can benefit from the consequences of it all in a short or long run.

Sentences about why life is so hard and sometimes hits us too. It is when we get to despair, because we do so many things and everything seems to go wrong. We started to question everything, and we complain that life is unfair. I too have felt that way, but what we must remember is that it is not always so. There comes a time when everything turns and get good times. And we appreciate them for the hard times.

The answer to your question (Why life is so hard) is that our primitive behavior which is constituted of selfishness, individual survival, etc. is most likely obsolete in the context of the current world we live in. The problem is that biological evolution occurs at a significantly slower pace than our civilization has advanced. The result is that some people are applying primitive mental constructs to a world in which they no longer apply or don't completely apply anymore.
 
Life can be very cheerful, but can also be quite hard. That's why you never give up, always fighting continues and that way you will achieve moving forward. Share with others this philosophy and hope they also strive for the best.

I must admit that the title that initially had described it all "Life is hard," which does well little changed for "Life is hard, but always beautiful..." because my mood was already the Normal, I felt good.
