Women should not face the dilemma of being a mother or being a professional. However, many women decided to pause their work life to dedicate themselves only to the home, but who imminently recognize that their natural habitat is away from home and when that feeling for resuming work again touches the gut, it can be complicated or Even overwhelming.

I believe faithfully in the potential of each person, and I do not like to think that someone with so many capacities decides not to develop in all areas. But it is worth mentioning, that if being a mother is the life expectancy that one has, it is entirely valid, and it is to respect, although I differ on the subject of that the woman engages in only one thing, being a naturally skillful, intuitive being And multidisciplinary.

It seems to me valuable to share one of the advice I always give my friends and any woman I relate to regarding the importance of individuality: "Never lose your independence, very punctually, financial freedom." And I put a constant emphasis on that point, because when you forget your own needs, and you do not go for yourself, you may accept situations with which you disagree on a topic that is reduced to surviving day to day.

An essential part of my work in Victoria147 is to make this permanent campaign towards women empowerment. and researching this line have identified many of them -after spending one or more years home-wanted return to work in a company. But they had an Enormous insecurity when viewed in front of a recruiter and mistakenly feel that they were not able to do something productive.

Empower women in all areas led us to create the program "Ready, Set, Work," a workshop of one session focused specifically on women who want to return to the corporate world and need specific tools to successfully return to the labor market.

Fear and lack of self-esteem prevent women from reaching their potential and feel empowered not to accept working conditions lower than they deserve. In this course, we urge you to have an introspection and prepare them to transmit that new learning and skills that we are sure acquired during that break period.

It is proven that women build their self-esteem by 63 percent from its image and one of the goals of "Ready, Set, Work" is to develop a more active themselves. It's not about filling a stereotype, But be congruent with what you want to express yourself and feel comfortable with it.

The most important thing about this program is not only the orientation to create an excellent curriculum and to walk without fear a job interview, but to provoke an introspection in each woman to get the best of themselves and leave more strengthened to rejoin the workplace.

It is necessary to self-recognize and exploit the talents that each one has. Women need to be prepared to deal with a recruiter but also be very selective in choosing the best opportunity based on interests and life plans.

Becoming aware of what each one is looking for in the workplace involves effort and honesty, but this can only lead to finding that work that really makes you happy and that makes your return to the corporate world a satisfactory experience.
