The secret to achieving success is your daily habits. Learn "how to improve your life and be happy?" Be very careful to choose your pursuits and goal. Make sense of "success" means to you.

One study found that people who experience great job satisfaction are not the ones in beautiful offices; Are those who approach their work as a call, even when that work involves labor.

Another study found that just watch logos of fast food makes people impatient. It is not that there is an intrinsic characteristic in fast food that makes people anxious, it is the habits we associate with it, such as being in a hurry, eating to go and never stopping long enough to enjoy a healthy dish that reduces our impatience.

We must be very careful in choosing our purposes because our habits do them. Cultivating the habits that follow will lead you to the right direction. They will help you to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life through which you cultivate the best of yourself.

10 Success Habits That Will Dramatically Improve Your Life

1. Stay away from people who erode your quality of life

If seeing a fast food logo can make you feel impatient, think about how a toxic person can impact your life. Surely these people will be unhappy with your decision to move away from them, and they will tell you in a loud voice, but is not it worth it to stay away from the adverse effects that you accumulated for years with their influence? There are always going to be toxic people who have a way of getting under your skin and staying there. Every time you find yourself thinking about a colleague or a person who makes you boil your blood, practice being grateful for someone else in your life. There are many people out there who deserve your attention, and the last thing you want to do is think of people who are not worth it.

2. No more phone, computer or tablet in your bed

People do not realize the harm they do that hurts their rest and productivity. Blue short wavelength light plays a significant role in determining your mood, energy level and quality of sleep. The blue light of short wavelength plays a major role in determining your mood, energy level and quality of sleep.

In the morning, sunlight contains large concentrations of that blue light. When the eyes are exposed directly to this, it stops the production of the hormone that induces sleep, melatonin, and makes you alert. In the afternoon, the sun's rays lose blue light, which allows your body to produce melatonin and this will start to make you feel drowsy.
At night your brain expects no exposure to the blue light and is very sensitive to it. Many of our favorite night-time devices (laptops, tablets and cell phones) emit shortwave blue light shining on your face. This exposure impairs the production of melatonin and interferes with your ability to sleep, as well as the quality of your sleep. As we all experience, nights with a poor sleep has disastrous effects.
The best thing to do is to avoid these devices after dinner (the TV is fine for many people, only if they sit away from it).

3. Appreciate the here and now

Gratitude is fundamental to peace and happiness, not wealth, glamor, adventure or fast cars, but the simple appreciation of what you have. Just because you can not afford champagne or eat caviar, does not mean that you can not enjoy a dish. Hot dogs and beer on the back deck with your friends can be excellent. So do not go crazy thinking that you need something that you do not yet have to be happy, because the truth if you can not offer what you have now, you will not be able to appreciate the "real life" even if you have it.

4. Notice things are not always as you perceive them

This is related to understanding the here and now. The person you envy because he seems to have a perfect life must deal with all sorts of problems behind doors. That "perfection" could be a total miracle. Your employer's decision to relocate may seem like a nuisance, but it could be the best thing that has happened to you. You are not omniscient, and you are not a fortune teller, so open up to the possibility that life has some surprises because what you see is not always what you get.

5. Start, even if you're going to fail

Many writers spend countless hours brainstorming how their characters will be and plot and then write page by page that they know will never end in the book. They do that because they know that ideas take the time to develop. We tend to freeze when it's time to start because we are aware our thoughts are not perfect and what we produce might not be good. But how can you create something magnificent if you do not start and give your ideas time to evolve? Author Jodi Picoult summarizes the importance of reducing perfectionism perfectly: "You can edit a bad page, but you can not edit a blank page."

6. Become organized.

People joking about new ideas that are scarce, but I think the only thing sparse is free time. Do you know anyone who has? We still lose a lot of time if we are not organized. We touch things two or three times before we do something with them (like throwing the mail down at the counter and then moving it to the table so we can cook dinner) and once we save them, then we lose even more time looking for them. Set a place to put all the little things you need every minute. Otherwise, you'll be looking at a large pile of things.

7. Start a collection of things that really resonate with you.

Have you ever run into an appointment or a meme that is so close to your feelings and you want to keep it forever? You know it's in one of those hats that you wore five years ago, and you really expect it to not be the one you gave to benevolence. When you have something that really resonates (if it is something that expresses who you are or who you want to be) have it in a central place.

8. Do something that reminds you who you are

We all joked about having a proper time, but what is that really? It is making time for those activities that you feel more authentically when all the masks are out, and you can just "be." If it's to run or dance with your 80's records at full volume, make time for those moments. That's incredibly rejuvenating.

9. Say no

Research conducted by the University of California at San Francisco shows that the harder you have to say no, the more likely you are to experience stress, burnout, and even depression, all having to do with self-control. Saying is not the deepest challenge for many people. "No" is a powerful word you should not be afraid of. When it's time to say no, emotionally intelligent people avoid phrases such as "I do not think I can" or "I'm not sure." Saying no to a new commitment honors existing ones and gives you the opportunity to fulfill them successfully. Just remember that saying is not an act of self-control now that will increase your future control and prevent the adverse effect of having many commitments.

10. Maintain realistic goals

How many people start January proclaiming "I'm going to lose 30 kilos by March"? Big, creepy and crazy goals can be incredibly inspiring until you drop soon, and then, instead of inspiration, you end up with disappointment and guilt. I certainly do not suggest that you stop setting goals that push you and challenge you, only that you try to stick to reality.

Bring it all together
